Balosh Integrated Services has been appointed to bring sanity to LASUTH car park. The project is driven by the need to maximize the potential of the parking facility and to increase the overall value of the hospital's asset and raise the satisfaction level of every legitimate user of the premises.
The installation and programming of access control equipment aimed to automate all entrances and exits by Balosh while introducing a paid parking system began on 1st May, 2021.
Entry and exit terminals installed at all three gates are designed to work nonstop under harsh operating conditions. The terminals will not only be used to issue tickets to daily customers, but will also process access cards issued to contract parkers such as staff, students, staff buses and ambulances.
The cashier terminal is a PC based payment terminal which, upon the presentation of a parking ticket, automatically reads the ticket and allows the cashier to charge according to hours spent.
The project has improved security and daily operations, while data from daily activities is systematically stored and emergency vehicle movement has been eased.
