
Access control leader Balosh beat three other bidders to win an access control tender at Victoria Garden City.
The first phase of the contract is to heighten security by regulating access into and out of the community, including installation of full height turnstiles, traffic boom barriers with tire killers, and medium range card readers.
Balosh noted that beyond improved security, the system supports better estate dues collections by enabling seamless resident access while restricting passage for defaulters.
VGC, with around 2,000 homes, was described as a key customer and the collaboration is expected to strengthen the work of the VGC management office.
