Balosh transformed the entrance to Osborne Foreshore, a multi tenanted estate with about 250 private homes and a number of small businesses.

Given the security demands of an affluent area, the project focused on creating an efficient system that eliminates unauthorized access.

Balosh replaced legacy equipment with three boom barriers with recessed spikes, two LED barriers, complete hands free readers, traffic lights, and a new robust access control system.
